hOW DO i PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

  • please Come to your appointment with clean lashes. wash your lashes right before appointment with a lash safe cleanser.

    If you arrive with leftover eye makeup, lash extensions will not have a strong bond and can cause pre-mature shedding. This will also cut into your appointment time.

  • Make sure you do not use any oils near your eyes before your appointment.

  • Lashes should NOT be permed or manually curl at the time of the appointment.

  • Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment to avoid eyes from twitching.

  • Use the restroom BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • SILENT YOUR PHONE during your service.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASHES?

  • The best way to care for your lashes is by washing them daily WITH our LASH SAFE CLEANSER.

  • if you’re feeling sensitive after the service, you can wash them right away. it’s not necessary to wait 24 hours.

  • What causes the extenSions to shed quickly is oil and buildup of products. Keeping your lashes as clean as possible will make the extensions last until your natural lash sheds.

  • Avoid using any mascara on your extensions.

  • USE ONLY OIL-FREE PRODUCTS AROUND EXTENSIONS. ANY OIL BASED PRODUCTS WILL CAUSE THE ADHESIVE BOND TO LOOSEN.

  • uSE AN OIL-FREE MAKEUP REMOVER.

  • blot your lashes dry after getting them wet. you may blow dry them on cool air or use a mini fan.

  • AVOID CONTACT WITH SALINE. SALINE WILL CAUSE THE ADHESIVE BOND TO LOOSEN.

    (e.g. ocean water, contact solution, tears from crying) please rinse with a lash cleanser to remove saline.

  • AVOID RUBBING AND PULLING on YOU EXTENSIONs. iF NECESSARY, CONTACT FOR REPAIR OR REMOVAL.

  • Try to sleep on your back

  • Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler.

  • AVOID HIGH HEAT AND STEAM.

  • bRUSH LASHES DAILY WITH a SPOOLIE. 3-5 LASHES FALL NATURALLY PER DAY. TO MAINTAIN FULLNESS, schedule touch- ups every 2-3 weeks. This will also depend on your lash cycle.

CAN I WEAR EYE MAKEUP WITH THE EXTENSIONS?

  • you can wear makeup, but IT’S recommendED TO USE as little as possible AROUND the eye area for the best retention.

  • When removing makeup on extensions, always use an oil-free makeup remover WITH A GENTLE FLUFFY BRUSH.

    DO NOT use makeup wipeS on THE lash line. The lint from the makeup wipe will get stuck on the lashes or pull on the extensions causing premature shedding.

  • Mascara IS not recoMmended.

  • FELT TIP EYELINER IS PREFERRED.

HOW LONG WILL A FULL SET OF LASH EXTENSIONS LAST?

  • With proper after care, the eyelash extension will last the length of your natural lashes growth cycle. On average we shed 3-5 natural lashes a day;

    several things can affect the longevity of your natural lash such as going through a natural shedding cycle, hormone imbalances, medication, stress, or change of weather/humidity.

  • Fills are required every 2 to 3 weeks.

  • for any reason your lashes fall out (more than 6 lashes) within 3 days of the service, please notify us right away to schedule an APPOINTMENT for a correction.
